- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆November 02, 2019, by Toby RileyBack in January, I requested the tech NOT come out because I was cancelling the service. Supposedly, he came out anyway and now they are trying to get me to pay for the service despite my telling him not to come out. I have talked to 3 customer service reps, all of which have said a manager would take care of it and call me.. I still have not heard anything and this has been going on since February.. It is now April. What does it take to get something done with this company?
